Jack Yan’s translation of Chen Zhenglei’s book on Chen Taiji Old Frame routines one and two.
Covers history and taiji theory as well as detailed descriptions of each movement, their internal strength, application and requirements.
Old Frame One uses ‘internal Qi to lead the whole body’. In contrast, Old Frame Two ‘leads with the hands and follows with the body’.
