  • Bagua & Xingyi Classes

Bagua & Xingyi are two internal styles of martial arts with unique and complementary characteristics
Bagua training focuses on circle walking and using turns and circular movements within its techniques. Xingyi, in contrast, is known for its direct economical techniques and straight-line movements.
The classes cover Hebei style Xingyi and Magui style Bagua. Both styles train the use of ‘full body power’ to build internal qi and execute effective techniques. We are the international Ma Gui Ba Gua Association’s Southern Ontario Training Group.

Weekend seminars are taught by head instructor Andrea Falk twice a year; late January and late May/early June. Andrea is one of Canada’s foremost professional Wushu instructors as well as translator and publisher of books on Xingyi & Bagua.
More info on Andrea Falk and on the North American Magui Bagua Association.
