  • fear, anger & doubt
The end point of all internal arts is the development of personal character. They are influenced by the three traditions of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism.
Taoism tells that the face of natural forces societal authority is impotent. If we free ourselves from external authorities, we can recover our internal moral compass and lose our fear.
Buddhism tells us that the root of all suffering is desire. If we let go of desire our moral compass will read true and be free from anger.
Confucianism, at it’s core, tells us to maintain our humanity through respect for other. If we understand our obligations as human beings our moral compass will allow us to act, free from doubt.
