Sword Demo
Taiji holds the sword in high esteem. The blade, being edged on both sides, is soft and flexible. For defence, because it is a light weapon, skill is required to meet and redirect attacks rather than block them with brute force. For attack, internal strength should be directed through the blade, while extending equally to the left hand.
